Why is mobile marketing better than other forms of advertising/marketing?
Mobile advertising is the most direct form of marketing/advertising. With the Business2Phone system you can target specific client’s interests, wants, and need by having them opt into specific groups such as drink specials, food specials, and special event. Thereby increasing the chance that the recipient will redeem the offer whereas through print advertisement or radio there is a less likely chance that the recipient will redeem the offer. The Business2Phone system has had a 25% response rate to mobile advertising compared to a less than 5% response rate to traditional marketing.

What are “Blasts”?
“Blasts” are the notifications each user receives via email, text messaging, or automated voice messaging. We refer to these messages as “blasts” because the speed in which they are sent and the accuracy of their delivery resembles an explosion.

How much does the system cost?
Each Business2Phone system is unique. Therefore each price is unique. When determining the price for our system, we take into consideration the needs of your company/business.

How do the customers opt into the system legally to receive text messaging?
New members of the system will go through a double opt-in process. Business2Phone employees will provide your company/business with a waiver covering the legal ramifications you would have to take to sign customers up for the system. Predetermined groups segmented for the customer will be created for customers to choose what particular events/specials/coupons they would like to receive.

Do you think that this system would be intrusive to a customer who had an intolerance of advertising messages on a personal device?
No. Any customer who will receive your notifications will have already opted into the system with the expectation of receiving messages via text, email, and voice messaging. You can be the judge of the frequency with which you send these mass notifications.

Will the Customer consider my message to be Spam?
No. The customer must opt in (sign up) to receive messages from your company/business and with each message has a link, giving the customer an opportunity to opt out of the system to stop receiving messages.
